CHL/LTC Live-Fire Qualification

This session is strictly for completing the required Texas CHL/LTC shooting qualification. This is not a training or coaching class. Participants must already be familiar with safe firearm handling and be able to operate their firearm independently. During this session, shooters will complete the state-required course of fire under supervised range conditions. Scoring and LTC-101 documentation will be provided upon successful completion.

What to Expect

• Official Texas LTC 50-round shooting qualification
• Range supervision only — no coaching, instruction, or correction is given
• Safety rules and range commands must be followed at all times
• Scoring and pass/fail results recorded accurately
• LTC-101 proficiency certificate issued upon qualifying score

Requirements to Participate

• Must have already completed the classroom portion (LTC-100 or equivalent)
• Must be able to load, unload, and operate firearm safely without assistance

Must bring:

• Handgun in safe working condition
• 50 rounds of factory ammunition
• Eye and ear protection
• Valid ID
